How the Reformer Bed Works

Curious about how the reformer works? It’s a dynamic, full-body workout using springs, pulleys, and a sliding carriage. The resistance adapts to your movements, building strength, improving flexibility, and enhancing balance.

Let our instructor, Beth, take you through the reformer and how it transform your body.

FAQs for starters

  • Absolutely. Reformer Factory welcomes all fitness levels, including complete beginners.

Start with our RF Lite Reformer class – a beginner-friendly session focused on Pilates foundations, proper form, and confidence-building.

We don’t recommend beginning with an Open or HIIT class, as RF Lite ensures you receive the appropriate guidance and care while learning the basics.

Not sure which class is right for you? View our class descriptions here.

  • Arrive 10 minutes early for your orientation. Your trainer will guide you through everything that you need to know before and during your class.

You’ll join up to 18 participants in our Reformer studio or up to 20 in our Mat studio for a dynamic 45-minute full-body Pilates session led by our expert instructors. We recommend that new-comers begin with our Lite (beginner friendly) classes.

    Each class focuses on:

    • Building strength

    • Improving core stability

    • Enhancing posture

    • Finishing with a mindful stretch

  • All classes must be booked in advance through the Reformer Factory App, powered by Momence.

We recommend downloading our to manage your bookings, schedule, and payments with ease.
