How the Reformer Bed Works
Curious about how the reformer bed works? It's designed to provide a dynamic, full-body workout by using a system of springs, pulleys, and a sliding carriage. The resistance and support adapt to your movements, helping you build strength, improve flexibility, and enhance balance.
To see it in action, watch our instructor, Beth, in this video to discover how the reformer can transform your body.

Yes – with a few important guidelines to ensure your safety.
During pregnancy:
From 12 weeks gestation, you may attend our prenatal-friendly classes only (no exceptions)
Hot mat, hot yoga, and sauna sessions are not suitable during pregnancy
You must provide written clearance from your GP, OB-GYN, or women’s health physio
Unfortunately, we can't accept new clients beyond 18 weeks pregnant in our group classes.
Postnatal:
You’ll need a 6–8 week postnatal clearance before returning to classes

Can I do Pilates if I have an injury or have had surgery?
Group Pilates may not be suitable if you’re recovering from injury or surgery, as some movements may aggravate your condition or delay healing.
