Frequently asked questions

Can I attend if I am a beginner?

Absolutely, Reformer Factory is an inclusive studio and we welcome everyone regardless of skillset.  We would recommend heading to our RF lite class which is very beginner friendly, concentrating on foundation pilates and form.

What do I need to bring to class?

Your enthusiastic self, sweat towel and a drink bottle is all you need, we’ve got you covered for the rest!

If your heading to a hot room class, please bring a full length towel!

What should I wear?

You can wear whatever activewear you’re comfortable with, but make sure you bring appropriate workout gear that is easy to move in and you wont overheat in. Grip socks are highly recommended and can be purchased at our studio.

We recommend starting with our lite classes to get the hang of flow and structure before moving onto the more advanced classes.

How many classes per week should I come to pilates?

Ideally, you should be working out 2-3 times a week with reformer pilates to see real results for body and mind.
